What do u take me for? Some kind of monster who threatens The safety of all you have known? Would you forsake me? Let them burn and break me? Or drag my dead body, Out into the road Wouldn't be the first time Wouldn't be the first time *Cries and pees* What do u take me for? Some kind of monster who threatens The safety of all you have known? Would you forsake me? Let them burn and break me? And drag my dead body, Out into the road Wouldn't be the first time

Never forget the brainless sun Never forget to scream for love Never forget to dream of it too much Break the glass heart (whispers: fuck this shit) Break the glass heart *falls apart in glitchy queer* Never forget the brainless sun Never forget to swing for love Never forget, to dream of it too much Break the glass heart (fuck this) Blake the glass heart *cries her little f4ggy lil heart out*

All of the spaces We have forsaken Now that we have stopped trying to burn them down Now we're looking for a time we never had Would you tell me if I'm good or if I'm mad I don't want to live I want to be your home Fuck a hole in my skull Six floors above the hell that we walked through Just so we could find a place to lay a while All of the rooms that Shared in our blood pact They are full of Ghosts that will outlive us all Now we're looking for a time we never had Idk if I'm good or if I'm bad I don't want to live I want to fucking die Under the same sky

69 miles from Every thing we hoped on (This feelings got me so lone/low) Stupid little bodies Colliding with each other Trying to destroy themselves But I will take what u give to me Take what u give What you give what you give to me I will take what you give to me Etc A thousand million miles from The person I want to be Cummed on by I just will be drenched by Sun that falls from the sky Same as every bitch I love But I will take what you give to me What u give what u give to me I will take what you give to me What u give

I could be light I could be your toy I could be everything you wanted in a Boi I could be love I could become (be cum?) I could be the loaded pistol in the mouth of a loved one This town's had enough of death I smoke you Like my last cigarette I miss love but only When it's wet this town's Had enough of death (quietly: I could be) I could be light I could be your toy I could be everything you wanted in a Boi I could be love I could become / be cum I could be the loaded pistol in the mouth of a loved one This town's had enough of death I smoke you Like my last cigarette I miss love but only When it's wet this town's Had enough of death

I can feel I can feel His hands around my waist Like a sickness of skin I'm trapped in My own hell, is alive in him My own life is a car on fire At night Night night I can feel I can feel *cough* His hands around My waist like a sickness Of the skin I'm trapped in My own hell is alive in him My whole life is a car on fire at night And And its cold And its bright

about

Year of the Lamb is the third album from one of Manchester's least loved and longest standing musical collaborators.
Since scrubbing Big Day in 2017 and falling off the Map Franklin has transitioned, lived in a homeless hostel, survived and been through a host of fresh hells.
We find her now again coming full circle, trying to deliver a spiritual sister album to 2015's What Time is Night. Song writing at it's most intimate and uncomfortable.
She ploughs head first into her typical themes of her own ego, victim complex, destructive relationships, kink, death, redemption, hedonism, finally ending with survivorship.
Audio for Year of the Lamb was taken almost exclusively from camera phone footage of Francine playing semi improvised versions of the songs in order to remember them and find help producing a record.
But since nothing came of this, the audio which was collected and produced as best as possible. Franklin is dead. Long live Francine.
